A very pleasant 6-hour-long hike from La Croix to Mont Joly. Initially, it goes through ski slopes but with absolutely lovely views along the way. The route is very well marked and there's absolutely no chance to get lost.

La Croix is easily accessible by car and there's a parking right below the ski lift where this route begins.
