From Jassing, follow the path (836 - Russenstrasse) up to the Sonnschienalm.

At the Sonnschienhuette (1523m), head W on the 829 path, then around 1680m, where the Sonnschienbruendl is (fresh water), take the 831 path to the summit.

There's a slightly steeper part just below the summit plateau with a chain for a few meters (but no climbing).

The summit is behind the cross on the plateau, 200m further to the NW (easy to get lost in the fog).
