### Approach
Start from the parking of the Falzarago-Lagazuoi cable car. Take the obvious broad trail north-northeast for about 200m, then go left onto the Kaiserjager-steig. Follow this past the big scree, then leave the trail and go straight to the base of the wall (20 mins). The start of the route is marked with a small metal plate, 3 meters right of the obvious chimney.

<p>Ce sommet s&#8217;appelle Lagazuoi Pizo sur les cartes Tabacco. Pour une vue d&#8217;ensemble, voir <a href="http://www.summitpost.org/image/52444/fanis-subgroup-schematical.html">la carte de summitpost</a>. C&#8217;est un objectif de rando très parcouru, même surmonté d&#8217;un téléphérique. Sa face S comporte plusieurs grandes voies ainsi qu&#8217;un site de couennes sur la droite.</p> <p>À noter un indéniable intérêt historique datant de la première guerre mondiale. Les militaires ont creusé une galerie hélicoïdale (ouverte au public) remontant l&#8217;intérieur de la montagne sur plusieurs centaines de mètres de dénivelé. La plupart des montagnes situées sur l&#8217;ancienne ligne de front austro-italienne fourmillent de ce genre d&#8217;équipement (une galerie du même genre mais plus petite fait partie de la Via Lipella sur la Tofana di Rozes etc&#8230;).</p> <p>Parking gratuit au col, boutique. Fontaine d&#8217;eau fraiche au S, sur la route de Caprile (au premier hameau lors de la descente, devant l&#8217;hôtel Sasso di Stria, altitude 1935&#160;m).</p> <h2>Historique</h2> <ul> <li>1<sup>re</sup> ascension touristique des 3 sommets&#160;: 5 août 1899 - Carl Domenigg.</li> </ul>
