Approach # 15min
Just before the hamlet of Rovenaud, next to the 50kph sign there is a little road on the left, (no through road sign), limited parking possible. 10m before this road is a yellow footpath sign, on the left going up the valley, for paths No 12 and 12A. Follow this broad track to a little gorge with an obvious icefall.
Route
Climb two or three little steps (grade 2 for 4m), plus walking to reach the foot of the first pitch. P1 : 60m, initially 80° then 3 m at 90° on “cauliflowers”, followed by a long, narrow wall 70° Walk up to the foot of the second pitch in a large gully : P2 : 45m, starts at 90º, then a section of 3-4 m at 90°, finishing at 80° P3 : 30m, easier at 60°
Descent
Abseil.
Bolted belays. Two options after the first pitch, on the left and the right. To the right of the first main pitch is a N facing practice area, leading up to tree belays
