By three lift sections, first lift at 8h15; to the Passo dei Salati (2936m), then Punta Indrien (3275m). Price was 31€ return trip 2013

From the top station, go NW across the Indren glacier and go around the rocky ridge descending from the Vincent Pyramide at about 3380m, and so up to the Gnifetti Hut (3611m).

<h2>Accès pédestre</h2> <p>La majorité des touristes-montagnards prennent les remontées mécaniques depuis Stafal (1823&#160;m) jusqu&#8217;au Passo dei Salati (2936&#160;m) ou jusqu&#8217;à la Punta Indren (3275&#160;m).</p> <p>Néanmoins il existe plusieurs sentiers permettant d&#8217;éviter de prendre la benne (cf. cartes italiennes). Du Passo dei Salati, suivre la sente sur la crête direction N jusqu&#8217;à l&#8217;arrivée de l&#8217;ancien téléphérique de la Punta Indren (3260&#160;m). De là, le sentier traverse quasiment de niveau pour rejoindre l&#8217;arrivée du nouveau téléphérique (3275&#160;m). De là, prendre pied sur le bas du glacier Indren. Le traverser direction NNW (en général grosse tranchée pour la trace) jusqu&#8217;à une barre rocheuse. La franchir (cordes fixes) pour déboucher au-dessus du refuge Citta di Mantova, puis traverser le glacier de Garstelet en direction du refuge Gnifetti bien visible. Les 50 derniers mètres se franchissent à l&#8217;aide de cordes fixes et d&#8217;échelons.</p> <h2>Details</h2> <p>. Il est situé à 3647&#160;m au sommet d&#8217;un contrefort rocheux séparant les glaciers de Lys et de Garstelet. Malgré ses 177 places, l&#8217;intérieur est confortable (petites chambres d&#8217;une dizaine de places avec lits individuels et couettes). Restauration sous forme de self service.
