### Approach
From the parking at the end of the Lillaz village, follow the ski de fond track (being careful not to walk on the tracks). The route is up on the left, (true right bank).

**P1:** 70° ramp. Belay on the right, or a little higher on the left.  
**P2:** Snow, belay at a tree.  
**P3:** Free standing "cigar" with an average angle of 85° and a short section of 90°.  
**P4:** About 60m of 65-70°.

Abseil, well equipped.

Cogne - Valeille

<p>Le Grand Paradis est un massif des Alpes situé dans le Val d&#8217;Aoste et le Piémont. Avec 4061m, le sommet du Grand Paradis en est le point culminant. Le massif est constitué principalement de roches cristallines ainsi que de schistes.</p> <p>Le parc national du Grand Paradis a été créé en 1922. Il recouvre environ la moitié W du massif et jouxte le parc national de la Vanoise, côté français.</p>
