Après Courmayeur, prendre la route du Val Veni. A Plan Ponquier 1500 m. prendre la route de gauche, jusqu’à l’interdiction(barrière) Continuer à pied par la piste de ski jusqu’à Dzeuleuna, là un petit sentier marqué grimpe les pentes raides mais agréables.
