Details
Also known as the Couloir des Autrichiens (the Austrian’s’ Couloir).
This is the least popular route in the Pas de Chèvre sector because it’s the most difficult.
The wide and gentle-angled start leads to 50° sections at its narrowest.
As for the Rectiligne, crampons could be necessary for the icy sections.
The Couloir des Drus gives access to the higher basin of the Nant Blanc Glacier and hopefully an unforgettable descent under the base of the Drus.
