Details
The approach leads by the classical ski-touring track to the Reculet. There’s a big turn, where another over the Nardenant starts (~1200 alt.). Shortly after that, look to the left, the cave with the ice is visible from the route. The best approach is to go bit higher and traverse to the right. There’s many more ice lines above the cave to be explored.
There are approx. three lines at 2, 3 and 5 Wi grade. There is also an ice bolder throughout the whole cave if the ice conditions are rich.
Don’t go there the when the temperature is above zero, the place is quite wet. The ice needs a week of freezing to be created.
