Montée
Par le versant SE du Gros Van, la voie normale.
Descente
Par le versant SE jusqu’à rejoindre le Petit Van(2005 m) sous les paravalanches. Ensuite descendre d’abord la face E sur 150 m, en suivant la crête E, avant de plonger dans le couloir NE.
- Départ tranquille dans une pente qui plonge de plus en plus, superbe ambiance
- Passages à plus de 45° dans le couloir NE
