Access

Approach

Reach the Furtschaglhaus (2293m).

Route # from Furtschaglhaus

Cross the river SE of the hut (wooden plank), then head up the moraine along the path until the glacier around 2750m.

Head up the glacier (big crevasses) heading E to the S face of the Felskopf pillar. Leave the glacier and climb up along the ridge (a few steps of II, unstable rocks). The climb is harder along the ridge, but safer (from falling rocks) than in the middle chimney.

Continue along the ridge until the snow (around 3250m), and follow the snow ridge (steep at first, then gets wider) until the obvious passage to the NE of the summit, where there are just few more steps of climbing.

Descent

Same way.
