Aufstieg
Vom Col des Mosses 1445m, Richtung Lioson d’en Bas, dann südlich aufsteigen nach Vers les Lacs. Via alte Skipiste östlich auf den Pkt 2079m steigen. Schliesslich südlichwestlich im Kessel aufsteigen zur stillgelegten Seilbahnstation und dann zum Gipfel.
Abfahrt
Vom Gipfel direkt nach Vers les Lacs durch die N-Flanke.
Abfahrt Varianten
- Unterhalb alte Seilbahnstation auf ca. 2160m durch ein N-Couloir nach Vers les Lacs.
- auf gleicher Strecke wie Aufstieg.
