Approach # 20mins
From the Tré la Tête refuge follow the Conscrits hut path for about 5 mins to a signpost. Turn right here, following a very faint path which descends towards an EDF dam, with a footbridge. Orange paint marks, (beware of vipers). About 100m before the dam, there is green cable on the rocks on the left. Follow this and then across broken ground down to the level of the torrent just beyond the footbridge. The first bolt is in a slab where the rock nearly meets the torrent.
