Partenza da Bourg-St-Pierre a fianco del distributore (parcheggio) oppure risalire in auto alcuni tornanti per prendere il sentiero in località La Delise 1827m (poco parcheggio). Si risale la Valsorey lungo il sentiero estivo. Con buone condizioni di innnevamento è possibile rimanere sulla sinistra orografica del torrente (il superamento di una strettoia con piccola traversa idrografica può essere difficoltoso).
