Du camp I (4400) sur la voie normale du Pic Lénine, monter directement à l’W en direction du sommet d’acclimatation 4757, constituer par une crête arrondie qui finit par quelques bosses avant d’atteindre le sommet, immédiatement sous le Pic Iojina (5075).
