## Ascent

From the road follow the Lobergelva up to the little valley S of Sofiatinden. Follow this valley to the little lake just S of the summit. Climb one of the several couloirs to the summit, steep up to 40°.

## Descent

For skiing you can choose one of several couloirs down the summit.
