E ridge - from Val Genova

From the bus stop at Malga Bedole (end of the road up the Val Genova), there are two options:

• continue along the river and walk up to the Rifugio “Ai Caduti dell’Adamello” alla Lobbia Alta - 3040 m /huts/118567 (4h30)
• go straight up to the Rifugio Città di Trento al Mandrone - 2442 m /huts/118565 (2h30)

From either hut, reach the Adamello glacier, head S up the glacier to the glacial plateau Pian di Neve (the largest in Italy), then head W towards the pass between Adamello and Monte Falcone.

Climb the short and easy ridge (~50m, fixed rope, one move of II) and the short and wide snow plateau to the summit.

Descent: same way, or via the SW ridge (easier but longer)
